Sva hvala pripada samo Gospodaru Svih svjetova…Veličanstvenom!Neka je Allahov mir i blagoslov na najdražeg Njegovog roba i Poslanika Muhammeda saws, njegovu časnu porodicu, plemenite ashabe i svakog onog koji slijedi njegov sunnet na Allahovom putu. 

Hor Gazi Husrev-beg sačinjava grupa mladih djevojaka koja djeluje u okviru istoimene Islamske Zajednice na području grada Sydneya u državi New South Wales. Hor djeluje od 2003 godine, i hvala Allahu dž.š. sve ove godine se održao u funkciji. Hor najviše ima učešća u našim bosanskim džamijama prilikom mevluda, te u nekim određenim manifestacijama koje organizira IZ Gazi Husrev-beg ili je gost. Do sada smo imali nekoliko zapaženih nastupa i van naše zajednice. 

Ovom prilikom želimo zahvaliti našem imamu Jasminu ef. Bekriću koji je osnovao ovaj hor i zaista je velika podrška ne samo horu, već i mladima naše zajednice. Neka ga Dragi Allah dž.š. nagradi za njegovo strpljenje, ustrajnost, iskrenost, trud i svo vrijeme koje je uložio za nas. Naravno, želimo zahvaliti i članovima, odboru te predsjedniku IZ gdinu. Zijadu Tuzliću koji su nam dali maksimalnu podršku u našem radu. Život mladog čovjeka je danas ispunjen velikim iskušenjima dunjaluka. Svjedoci smo kako šejtan sve više odvlači čovjeka u zabludu i navodi ga da napusti svoj iman i čast, dostojanstvo i čestitost, a zauzvrat nudi samo propast na ovom a i na onom svijetu. Naš nijjet je da  našim okupljanjima jačamo naš iman i da se borimo protiv svih ružnih i čovjeku nedoličnih načina življenja. Stoga, svako naše okupljanje nije samo priprema za nadolazeće nastupe, već i prilika da učimo, da spoznajemo i da činimo zikir Allahu swt. 

Trenutno nas ima sedam djevojaka, ali mi otvaramo naša vrata i naša srca svima onima koji nam se žele pridružiti. Okupljamo se svake nedjelje u 19.00 sati u prostorijama džamije Smithfield.

May God send peace and blessing to His beloved servant and Messenger Muhammed saws, his honored family, his respected companions and every man and woman who follows him in his Sunnah on the Right Path. 

Gazi Husrev-bey choir is a group of young women which functions in domain of the Bosnian Islamic Community in the Sydney, New South Wales. It was founded in 2003, and it’s active ever since. The choir performs mostly within the community, in our beautiful mosques during special occasions called MEVLUD, and some other functions either organized by Bosnian Islamic Community “Gazi Husrev-bey” or when community representatives are invites. 

The choir would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to our respected imam Jasmin effendi Bekric, who was the founder of the choir, and ever since he has put enormous efforts in supporting this choir and youth of our Bosnian Community. May God Almighty reward him in this world and Hereafter for his patience, persistence, sincerity, hard work and time that he has sacrificed in order to keep this choir functioning. Also, our gratitude goes out to every single member of our community, Community board and our president mr Zijad Tuzlic, who have shown great support in everything that we do.

Unfortunately, we are being witnesses to constant decline of human society, through all the temptations of this earthly life and its deceiving. Eman and honor, dignity and chastity are being so easily lost which leaves people in ultimate soul destruction in this world and Hereafter. Our intensions are pure and honest. We want to please Allah, by gathering in our mosque we want to strengthen our eman and reject all disgraceful and dishonest ways of living. Our gatherings are not just mere practicing for our next performances. It is so much more than that…it is a chance to learn, to understand, to research, to enrich our souls and to praise Allah Almighty.

The choir is consisted of seven young women….We are opening our doors and our hearts and welcoming you to join us. Every Sunday at 19.00 in the Smithfield Mosque.
